Constitutional & Public Law
Constitutional and public law litigation constitutes a significant area of the Chambers’ practice. We regularly appear before the High Court in matters involving judicial review of governmental and administrative action, enforcement of legal and constitutional rights, statutory interpretation, public procurement disputes, taxation matters, and regulatory challenges. Drawing upon extensive experience in representing clients in disputes involving government departments, public authorities, statutory corporations, and regulatory bodies, the Chambers provides strategic and effective representation in matters involving complex constitutional and administrative law questions. Our objective is to ensure that executive and administrative actions remain consistent with the rule of law and established constitutional principles.
